At Extend Rehabilitation our highly trained and skilled therapists develop individualized treatment plans that begin immediately after your operation, accident or diagnosis and continue right through until you regain optimal function.

We will be with you every step of the way as you progress through your recovery. Our staff will take the time to explain each stage of your treatment and will always be there to answer your questions.
We employ a simple three-step process:

Step 1
We examine your injury or condition, listen to your concerns and, where needed, consult with your doctor or surgeon to thoroughly evaluate your treatment needs. Communication and knowledge is everything. Understanding the precise nature of your injury or condition is key to a successful treatment plan.
Step 2
In close consultation with you, we will develop an individual tailor-made treatment plan to address your health challenge and your own unique set of lifestyle circumstances. This may also incorporate a home self-management plan, to ensure your treatment plan is both comprehensive and cost effective. We are also able to custom-make casts and splints to ensure your injury heals in the fastest and most optimal manner. We will always be available to answer your questions – no question is too simple or too complex.
Step 3
Once you’ve begun your treatment plan we will continually monitor and re-assess your progress to ensure you’re on track to achieving your health goals. If changes are needed, we make them. We are committed to your complete care and can stay on the journey with you until you achieve optimal function.
